Spectrum Realty is a specialist practice led by Priyank Sandhel, advising buyers and owners across exactly three postcodes: Bandra West, Khar West and Santacruz West. Not the western suburbs, not “Bandra and beyond” — these streets, and only these.
The practice runs on three habits: we track closings, not asking prices, so our advice starts from what buildings actually make; we read the society’s papers before we praise the flat; and we would rather lose a mandate than win it with a number we do not believe.

Most of what I believe about this work fits in three sentences. A home in this corridor is the largest cheque most families will ever write, and it deserves more care than a portal can offer. The right answer is sometimes “don’t buy this one” — said early, and for free. And the best relationships in this business begin long before a transaction and continue long after one.
